Everest Base Camp Trek - Tengboche to Dingboche The next day the foggy, damp atmosphere disappeared quickly as the sun rose over the valley, transforming Tengboche into A flatlander all my life, I was finally getting my mountain legs under me as we trekked from Tengboche to Dingboche. The climb of nearly 610m / 2,000’ along a moderate, graded trail seemed relaxed in contrast to the previous few days’ hikes. However, the easier terrain was marred when Keri intestinal tract rebelled, making her progress difficult, thus wearing down our spirits to a new low. Sadly, we were fairly ignorant and overloaded our porters. Missing were any kind of standards found on other treks. When in Nepal it's your responsibility to care for your porters. Hopefully, people will be less ignorant than we were. The story continues...
