Gear Heads - Dry Bags If rain or river crossings are a possibility, then keeping your equipment dry is a challenge. While you can get a waterproof backpack, a better way is to use a pack cover and either a bag liner or a series of dry bags. We prefer the latter as they also help organize your pack’s contents.
